1. Company Details

2. Scope of Work

These terms apply to all services provided by us including construction, refurbishment, buying/selling of properties, and real estate representation.

3. Quotations and Payment

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days.
  • A deposit may be required before work commences.
  • Full payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure access to property as required
  • Comply with health and safety regulations

5. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, material shortages, third-party delays, or government restrictions.

6. Warranties and Liability

  • We aim to deliver work to a high standard using qualified professionals.
  • Any defects must be reported within 14 days.
  • Liability for any direct loss is limited to the value of the contract.
  • We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel the project before work starts, we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit.
  • Once work has commenced, refunds will be issued only at our discretion and in accordance with UK consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

Any plans, designs, or materials provided by us remain our property unless explicitly transferred.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England.
